The Zero certification and its subsidiaries, aware of the centrality that sustainability, in its three fundamental components (environmental, social and economical-ESG) holds for the company and all its stakeholders, have made the following commitments:
In the Social and Ethical sphere:
• Protect human rights, worker welfare and fair working conditions;
• Guarantee workers and collaborators a decent wage;
• ZERO tolerance of child and/or forced labor;
• Support and help the socioeconomic and cultural development of local communities;
• Make knowledge and expertise available to help the growth and development of young people, including through partnerships with schools, universities and training centers;
• Encourage sustainable cotton cultivation and implement a responsible, traceable and transparent supply chain.
